INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING ADMISSION TO
L.K.G. – JUNE 2024
Dear Parents,
Before filling the form, we would like you to read carefully the following points:
1. This form is meant only for those seeking admission to L.K.G. in June 2024
2. Only children born between 1st October 2020 to 31st December 2021 and residing in Chinchwad area are eligible for admission.
3. Kindly fill all details in block letters carefully with correct information and spelling. Overwriting on the forms will not be accepted.
4. The following self attested photo copy of certificates / documents should be attached to the admission form.
a) Municipal Birth Certificate
b) Caste Certificate – if caste has been mentioned. No changes in the records will be made later on.
c) Baptism Certificate (Compulsory for Christians)
d) Letter from Parish Priest (Compulsory for Christians)
e) School Leaving certificate of Parent (Ex-student only)
f) Latest electricity bill / telephone bill / gas bill / aadhar card / sale deed.
g) Identity size photograph of the child to be affixed on the block provided.
h) Certificates of educational qualifications of both parents.
i) Report Card or Identity Card Xerox (Siblings) (Cousin are not allowed)
j) Aadhar card of the child compulsory
k) Salary Certificate
l) Income proof
5. No letter of recommendation or influence of any kind will be entertained. Since the school does not accept donations for admission, do not give money to anyone to obtain admission.
6. Seek admission only if you are sure your child and you can observe the rules of the school and you can pay the fees. Since the school is unaided, it cannot afford to give any concession.
7. If admission fees are not paid by the prescribed date, your admission will be cancelled and granted to another child instead.
8. Fees, once paid, will not be refunded/transferable, if you cancel the admission
9. The Child will not be eligible even if it falls a day or two outside the given dates.
NB.: We receive over 1000 applications each year. The seats available are only 100 in L.K.G. class. Please do not depend on this school only. You should apply in other schools also to avoid inconvenience.
